I wore rhinestone studded jeans in middle school....That scarred me for a very long time. I went safe and now, I understand the difference between body conscious clothing and body unconscious clothing. And you know what? If someone tells me I dress gay, my response is "Thank you!"

Oh, I'm talking bright, fake, Mediterranean blue. I use to do my hair in all kinds of crazy when I was in my early 20's, and then I stopped because I wanted to be "employable" or something. :)

But it looked good on me, as I recall. Probably.

Hah! I JUST bought a bright teal and green jacket. I've been doing the black and white thing for a while, with the occasional beige or burgundy thrown in for interest.

Of course, this is because I really really really want a work AND age inappropriate hair style. I really really really want to dye my hair blue. That's OK, right? For someone who works in an office and is pushing 40? Right?

We are obviously functioning on the same fashion wave length! I always buy neutrals and I know I do it because I'm not comfortable wearing anything color-wise that will draw attention to my body. In the last week I've bought two fitted dress shirts. One is magenta and the other is cobalt blue.

I soooo want you to do a fashion blog! I have always thought you had impeccable taste and style!

You really need to start following The Pintester (fucking up pins so you don't have to). She tries them out so YOU DON'T HAVE TO. Also, she's funny as hell.

That said, I DO the Pinterest thing, but NOT FOR CRAFTS. It is my covetous "I WANT THAT" location. Because that beautiful log cabin in the woods? I WANTS it, precious.
